New Student Orientation Play - TBH: TO BE HONEST Auditions
- Come on out and share your talents at the in-person auditions.
- We are looking for a cast representative of our diverse student population.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to sing, dance, and act!
Dates
To accommodate varying student schedules, there are two audition dates.
- Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. EST | SLC 2143 (Black & Gold Room)
- Wednesday, March 15th, 2023, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST | SLC 2143 (Black & Gold Room)

Auditions Agenda
No performance experience is necessary. Potential actors will be taught everything necessary at the audition.
Welcome

Movement
- Slate: Introduce yourself with your first & last name
- Cha Cha Slide Choreography (small groups of up to 6)
Music
- Vocal Warm-up
- Singing – TBH: To Be Honest Theme Song (first verse and chorus)
Drama
- Script Work: auditionees will be given some lines to read independently and in small groups with direction.
- Scene and monologue scripts will be provided at the audition.
Completion
- Follow-up instructions.
- 'Thank you' to the students.
