DIV-01: Neuroinclusive employer resource hub: accessible information architecture and prototype

Description of Organization

The organization is a UK workplace-neuroinclusion consultancy helping employers improve recruitment, onboarding, line management, workplace adjustments, retention, progression and inclusive workplace design through evidence-led consultancy, training and practical resources.

Problem area

Employers often have useful neuroinclusion information, but it is fragmented, disclosure-dependent, difficult to navigate and not designed around the moments when managers and employees need it. The project will explore how a practical digital resource hub could help employers find clear, accessible guidance across recruitment, onboarding, line management, adjustments, retention and progression without requiring users to disclose a diagnosis. It will use only public or synthetic content, with no client data or confidential systems.

Main objectives

Identify priority user journeys and accessibility barriers; review relevant public evidence and comparable tools; design and test an accessible information architecture and lightweight prototype; and produce practical recommendations for future development and evaluation.

Scope of work

Conduct a literature review and environmental scan; map synthetic user journeys and personas; define accessibility and content requirements; review existing public organzational web content and comparable public resources; create an information architecture and wireframes; build a lightweight prototype using common tools; test it with synthetic scenarios and public accessibility criteria; and report recommendations, limitations and next steps. No client interviews, private data, system access, financial information, NDA or production deployment are required.
