Problem area

  • Assess the City’s current software ecosystem and supporting business processes;
  • Identify operational, technical, governance, and reporting gaps;
  • Define future-state business and technical requirements;
  • Evaluate potential ERP and software solutions available in the market;
  • Recommend an optimal software strategy and implementation roadmap for the City.

Main objectives

Move City Finance department into a new suite of systems and processes that take advantage of latest technology and best practices.
