Overview
This module will have students engage in deep reflection, reflecting on their experience, the application of their knowledge and skillsets, the contributions and achievements they made during the experience and how the experience informs the next steps in their career. Activities and optional assignments support them in articulating their experience in résumés, cover letters and interviews, as well as creating a concrete post-course career plan.

- When to use: After the WIL experience, suggested a week or two after the experience
- Optional assignment: Creating a personal action plan (30-60 minutes)
