Please join the Department of Chemical Engineering on Friday, October 4, for a seminar by Dr. Patricia Comeau, a biomaterials engineer with particular interest and expertise in designing materials for bone and controlled release applications, on her research developing calcium-phosphate systems for targeted therapy.

Abstract

The Department of Chemical Engineering welcomes you to a seminar by Dr. Hamed Shahsavan, who will be speaking about soft stimuli-responsive and shape programmable materials in the design and fabrication of microscale robots and devices.

You are invited to join the Department of Chemical Engineering for a seminar, titled Polymer Membranes for Gas Separations, by Dr. Jeong-Hoon Kim. He is the Head/Research Fellow at the Greenhouse Gas Separation and Recovery Research Group in the C1 Gas Separation and Conversion Research Center of the Korea Research Institute of Chemical Technology’s Carbon Resources Institute.

You are welcome to attend Alison Scott's PhD defence, in which she will discuss her research, using two case studies to discuss a general framework for the design of polymeric materials that is limited by neither industry, nor application, nor specific type of polymeric material.
