UW Sustainability will be here with their waste sorting challenge. Stop by and test your sorting knowledge to find out if you're a waste warrior or a recycling rookie! The rules are simple: you'll have 30 seconds to sort 30 common items into the right bins!

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Waterloo welcomes visiting scholar Prof. Bertram Kuehn, from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, in Giessen, Germany. He will be working at the University of Waterloo this coming fall with Scott Walbridge on a collaborative project investigating several issues surrounding the problem of design against brittle fracture in steel bridges.

Let’s create safe space to discuss stigma we experience and how we can enable mutual advocacy through our shared wisdom. Join us for a dialogue exchange. Here we will collaboratively engage in a sharing circle modeled from indigenous practices and guided by a trained facilitator. Come hold some space with us. Space is limited! Light refreshments provided. All Engineering Graduate Students welcome.
