The program is a blend between networking and building friendships with other strong, courageous, and amazing women, learning all of the basics on managing stress and anxiety, what a healthy relationship looks like, how to budget, how to view your body in healthy way, how to be effective at networking and negotiating, and what skills you need to develop to become a leader at any level.

The workshop series will be offered by Jeboah Miranda, a keynote speaker on mental toughness, company culture, leadership, and corporate and non-profit branding. She spent 11 years working in marketing for RBC, General Electric, Newell Brands (Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Contigo, etc. brands) and others, while concurrently spending 14 years working in mental health for various organizations (Need Crisis Line, Bereaved Families of Ontario, among others). Jeboah was drawn to both areas as she lost her two brothers to suicide when she was 16 and 17 years old and fought like hell to survive it. She then put herself through university studying Psychology and Business at McGill University and the University of Ottawa and went on to pursue both life passions. Jeboah is a full-time keynote speaker and management consultant, runs the Jeboah Miranda Foundation, which focuses on helping women affected by suicide to get a university education and to learn how to build their mental grit.  She hosts “In Her Blazer” podcast to discuss all things business and all things female, in a very vulnerable way.
