Our goal with this survey is to get a sense of what's going right and what's going wrong in our department. We want to understand where barriers are so that we can work with everyone (students/staff/faculty) to make our department a great place to learn and grow. To do that, we need to understand your experience as a part of our CEE community.
Please note that all responses to this survey will be kept confidential. Your answers to these questions and statements will be pooled into aggregate measures for reporting purposes.
We will be running this Pulse Survey throughout the Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 terms to catch all cohorts. We'll be publishing our findings in the Fall 2026 term, and will consult with representatives from across the department (students/faculty/staff) about some initiatives that we'd like to pursue to strengthen our CEE Community. In the interim, we'll be working to better understand, support, and connect with our community.
