Matthew's expertise spans brand health, positioning, segmentation, advertising effectiveness, naming, packaging design, and customer satisfaction, and specializes in delivering quantitative and qualitative insights across diverse sectors such as transportation, financial services, automotive, and retail. He earned his undergraduate and Master's degrees in Geography and Economics from the University of Waterloo and has been an integral part of Northstar Research Partners since his graduation in 1998.
