Workshop: Making the most of your mid-career years

You've gained tenure or permanence...now what?

This workshop explores the unique opportunities and challenges of being an associate professor —and helps you plan for the next steps in your career. It is open to all faculty who have achieved tenure or permanence in the last two (or so) years, including those getting it this year!

This workshop will cover:

• The literature, local stats, working conditions, and challenges for associate professors
• What service/leadership, teaching/learning, and scholarship look like in the mid-career stages
