Kevin Resch

Kevin Resch received the BSc (Hon.) degree in Chemical Physics from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, in 1997. He received the MSc and PhD degrees in Physics from the University of Toronto, Canada, in 1998 and 2002 respectively. His Masters and Doctoral theses were based on experimental quantum optics and completed under the supervision of Aephraim Steinberg. Subsequently, Resch held an Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) Postdoctoral Fellowship with Anton Zeilinger’s group at the University of Vienna, Austria and a Research Fellow position with Andrew White’s Quantum Technology Laboratory at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia. He joined the University of Waterloo physics department and the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) in 2006.
