The Library is reaching an exciting phase in our revitalization project and we need your feedback!

Our architects, WalterFedy, have incorporated student and staff feedback into the preliminary design for Phase 1 renovations at Davis Centre Library, and we want to know what you think. We are hosting two student focus groups - with pizza and refreshments provided!

Join the debate: Confederation and its consequences

Event poster

A great debate is happening inside the Library; or, at least, with the help of the Library.

The Confederation Debates is a legacy project in tandem with Canada’s 150th birthday. Supported by universities across the country, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), and the Crabtree Foundation, the project aims to continue the conversation around what makes Canada and how it came to be.

TechStreet: a new standard (aggregator)

The Library has purchased a new subscription to the standards aggregator, TechStreet. Replacing our CSA subscription service, TechStreet provides full CSA and partial ISO standard coverage, among others. Standards and codes are fundamental building blocks to innovation and advances in technology, and are critical resources for students and even staff across campus.

Some of the many benefits of a standards aggregator include:
