There have been a number of fraudulent emails targeting Library users that appear to come from the University of Waterloo. This is called 'spear phishing' and has resulted in compromised accounts. Please ensure the legitimacy of any links before entering personal information.
Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) has launched a pilot program extending the inter-library loan (ILL) period of OCUL items to OCUL patrons. Beginning immediately, University of Waterloo Library users will now be able to borrow OCUL items for up to 6 weeks. Items from University of Toronto will have a loan period of 5 weeks.
