The Analytics Day aims to promote analytics by bringing together researchers, students, and industry experts. Academic and industry talks will report on recent advances in the development of innovative analytics tools for various application areas. The one-day event provides the opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss needs.
The event is free. As there is a seating capacity of 100, registration is required. Please use the registration link in the website. Complimentary lunch and coffee will only be provided to registrants/badge holders.
Registration closes on April 11, 2016. Everyone is welcome.
The event is sponsored by the University of Waterloo’s Faculty of Engineering and department of Management Sciences, and the Canadian Operations Research Society through the South-Western Ontario section and the Traveling Speakers Program.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is centralized within our Office of Indigenous Relations.
