Instrumental Chamber Music
Instrumental chamber music is a delightful and intimate way to experience classical music. Our students will present a wide range of pieces:
- Classical music with sophisticated musical structures
- Romantic period music, with a dramatic flair
- Modern, 20th Century music with more unconventional patterns
The program will include the following:
Rebecca Clarke: Dumka
Philipp Scharwenka: Trio in e minor op.121
Domenico Cimarosa: Concerto in G major for 2 flutes
Robert Fuchs: 7 Fantasiestucke for violin, viola and piano, op.57
Mozart Trio in C, K.548
During Spring Term, the ICE groups will be directed by our long-time viola instructor, Judith Davenport. Please join us for a lovely concert. Admission is free.
