Hey music folks!
On Friday, July 6th the Music Society is having a Jazz Improvisation session, and we want you to attend!
The schedule for the event is as follows:
6:30pm - 7:00pm: Music Society introductions and SNACKS! Lower Atrium, Conrad Grebel
7:00pm - 7:20pm: Jazz combo will play a few songs to demonstrate jazz playing and improvising :)
7:20pm - 8:30pm: Anyone can come up and play with the band and other students! We will teach you how to improvise!
If you're not in to jazz, still consider attending the first 30 minutes so you can meet some of your musical peers and hang out with Music Society!
Don't know what the Music Society is?
We are a group of students who are here to represent you, the music students (anyone who’s taken/taking a music course)!
We are dedicated to keeping the music community on campus strong, and keeping the music students happy!
