The Waterloo Pharmacy Career Fair is an annual event held to connect our graduating students with potential employers from a variety of organizations and practice settings.

WHO CAN ATTEND: Open to Rx2025 pharmacy students and registered employers

WHEN: Wed. November 20, 2024 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

WHERE: In-person at the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy on the 1st and 2nd floor corridors.

By completing the registration form and attending the Career Fair, your registration details (e.g. name, email address, geographic areas of interest) will be shared with all organizations that register for this event.

Rx2025 Recruitment Director, Samantha Ung

Samantha Ung (she/her) is part of the Rx2027 cohort, but has accepted the role of Rx2025 Recruitment Director. As part of her role, Sam aims to be the bridge between potential employers and graduating Waterloo Pharmacy students, ensuring that students are informed about job opportunities and provided with relevant details regarding the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) licensing examinations. The Recruitment Director is also responsible for planning and coordinating recruitment events, including the annual Career Fair alongside Experiential staff, as well as organizing lunch-and-learn sessions, dinners, and employer information sessions. Lastly, the Recruitment Director supports both the Graduation Committee and the Yearbook Committee as an active member. If you see her on campus, feel free to say hello!
