PhD Students

- Must submit request a minimum of 7 weeks before the defence date.
- External Examiner form must be submitted to Science Graduate Office before you can schedule your defense.
Thesis Blackout Dates and Holidays:
You cannot hold your defence during the following dates (though you may still submit this form and start the scheduling process during these dates):
