Waterloo co-op students are essential parts of the WIL Programs team. The department hires 15-25 co-op students every term as teaching assistants (TAs) who operate PD courses, provide administrative support, and mark student submissions. WIL Programs also hires web developers, digital media developers, and administrative assistants on an as-needed basis.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable candidates with strong overall communication skills. Our co-op students should be able to handle variations in workload over the course of a term, and they should be ready to contribute to a dynamic, social workplace environment. Our positions are advertised and posted like any other co-op jobs, so keep an eye on WaterlooWorks for WIL Programs postings when you’re looking for work term employment.
