Info Group is convened by the Vice-President, Academic and Provost and includes the Associate Vice-President, International, the Chief Information Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Academic Support Unit leads reporting to the Provost.
The group is convened by the Provost as a forum for discussion of issues or developments impacting the campus community and requiring coordination and collaboration across Academic Support Units.
2024-25 Meeting Dates
For the 2024-25 academic year, Info Group meetings will occur one Tuesday per month from 8:30am-9:45am in a hybrid environment of in-person and virtually through Teams meeting.
The agenda and meeting pre-read materials will be sent directly to all members by the Thursday prior to each meeting.
Please note that only Info Group members are permitted to attend these meetings. Info Group members may request permission to assign a delegate to attend a particular meeting on their behalf by emailing ProvostOffice-General@uwaterloo.ca.
