The deadline for submission is May 31 at noon (12 p.m.) EDT for the Fall 2024 Qualifying Term.
Please note that the submission of this application does not guarantee approval for completing the qualifying term. Once the official grade for Winter 2024 becomes available, we will review your application based on your existing grades. A School of Public Health Sciences (SPHS) academic advisor will email you around mid-June to inform you whether the application has been approved, and if so, what your next step would be.
