A new Look to the Undergraduate Studies Academic Calendar is Coming

Next week, on April 2, 2024, the Office of the Registrar will be publishing the 2024-2025 version of the Undergraduate Studies Academic Calendar.

We are using a new software system to publish the academic calendar - here are a few key things we want you to know before publication:

1. It will be housed at a new URL; a redirect from the old site to the new site will be added, but you’ll want to update any bookmarks you might have saved.
2. It will have a new look and feel; content will be presented differently; we have worked closely with faculties to get content displayed in the most intuitive way possible.
3. It will have a new navigation structure; the focus is on the content itself and will be grouped by content/field of study instead of by owner, allowing us to more easily present interdisciplinary content.
4. It will have new search features; the overall search will search all content at once, no longer excluding courses, and the three main areas (Programs & Plans, Courses, Regulations) have additional searching and/or filtering options.

The new version of the Calendar will be useful to you for course listings and regulations, but you will continue to follow the requirements for your academic plan in the Calendar you are currently following. The list of archived Calendars will be available from the same website.

Take an early look at some of the navigation and features you will see. We will send another communication on April 2, once the Calendar has been published.
