Main accountabilities:
  • Supports hiring process for all casual employees & co-op students 
  • Administers bi-weekly payroll for tutorial assistants, graders, research assistants, proctors, and casual employees both internal and external to UW 
  • Manages the implementation of all midterm and final exams 
  • Coordinates the SAF exam proctor hiring including recruiting, selection, training, scheduling, and assignment of proctors for exam supervision
