Dear SAF community,
It has been another busy but exciting term at the School! These past few months have been busy with reconnecting and meeting lots of alumni of the SAF community.
I had the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong with SAF Director, Blake Phillips, and other members of the University of Waterloo for the Hong Kong Alumni Chapter Dinner. The event was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the vibrant UWaterloo community – thank you to all those that attended and thank you to our alumni chapter team for all of their hardwork in making that event such a great success.
Looking ahead, there's plenty to be excited about. With National Volunteer Week approaching, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who generously volunteer their time to support SAF and the university. Your dedication is the backbone of our community. Additionally, in the coming months I am looking forward to travelling to London and Switzerland with our International Study Course, where I am excited to connect with our alumni community in those regions!
I would be delighted to have the opportunity to speak with you, to learn about what you have been doing since graduation and discuss how you may stay connected to the School of Accounting and Finance.
