Dear SAF community,
I hope everyone has been having a wonderful summer and has had the chance to relax and enjoy some sunshine!
We welcomed our newest cohort to the alumni club, celebrating our Class of 2024 in June. This convocation marked an incredible milestone for our Computing and Financial Management (CFM) program, where our 300th CFM grad crossed the stage. Congratulations to the Class of 2024, we can’t wait to see what you do next!
Over the past few months, it has been so much fun to connect with so many alumni all around the world. With the International Study Course, we have seen incredible expansion of this program, extending this opportunity to our MAcc students for the first time. From London to Switzerland at the end of April, we’ve met SAF and UWaterloo alumni, connecting with so many members of our global community. This month, I’ll be meeting with our alumni communities in South Korea and Japan and look forward to this course being offered during the fall term for the first time, where we will be heading to New York!
I would be delighted to have the opportunity to speak with you, to learn about what you have been doing since graduation and discuss how you may stay connected to the School of Accounting and Finance. The Class of 1994, celebrates their 30th reunion at Reunion
This group in the attached photo are graduates of Hons BA (Accounting) and MAcc from 1994 (Michael Chang, Tieu Minh To, Amy Chung, Yollie Leung, and Mandy La-Seto. We have participated in the 25-year reunion and have taken advantage of the Alumni events to reconnect with the school and our classmates.
