Jessica is an events and marketing professional who has a passion for bringing people together who share a common goal or interest. You’ll often find her behind the scenes of the SAF events ensuring the school’s vision comes to life. Jessica has an extensive background in event and marketing management through her education, as well as past roles in events for Wilfrid Laurier University, Home Hardware Stores Ltd., and Cowan Insurance Group. In her spare time, she manages the marketing and promotions for the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival, the largest one-day maple syrup event in the world.

Samantha is so passionate about helping perspective students discover their post-secondary path! She is usually found running tours, chatting with students at a variety of events or creating fun, engaging content for our numerous digital platforms! She also runs the SOAP ambassador programs, working with our current students.

  • Provides on-going support of faculty mentors and students in all external competitions
  • Supports the CPA Ontario Centre for Sustainability Reporting and Performance Management (CSPM)
  • Digital marketing and media support for SAF
  • Provides marketing and communication support for SAF's recruitment strategies

Keidon is the competitions coordinator after working full-time and part-time in the role of  ‘social media and web associate’ for the SAF Communications team as a co-op student since Fall 2019. As a UWaterloo alumni in the Faculty of Health’s Recreation and Sport Business program, Keidon is excited to stay and learn at the University post grad.

Lynn Graham

Co-op and Experiential Learning Coordinator

Main accountibilities:

  • Advises students on co-op planning related to SAF policies and SAF work/study sequences
  • Coordinates learning opportunities related to co-op and career development starting with the Launch Your Career conference and the Co-op Ready conference
  • Develops new avenues of employment and collaborates with employers and the staff in the Co-operative and Experiential Education Department to bring about value added co-op experiences

Lynn Graham has been a staff member at the University of Waterloo campus in areas such as Public Relations, Recruitment, Anthropology Department, the Centre for Ground Water Research and most recently in the School of Accounting and Finance. In her student services role, Lynn is also involved in Orientation planning, transition activities for students entering university, and the Peer Mentoring Community of Practice on campus.

Kelly has a passion for helping prospective students navigate their way through the university application process. You'll often find her chatting with prospective students and parents at SAF/UW recruitment events, DECA events and even grocery stores (true story). She also utilizes her professional background in radio and television broadcasting to produce SAF marketing videos and digital content. For Kelly, the cycle of recruiting students, mentoring them, then cheering them on during convocation is an incredibly rewarding experience.

Kelsey Stoddart

Communications & Digital Media Specialist

  • Strategic development and management of the SAF social media channels and content marketing initiatives
  • Creating content for social media, web and digital screens, including copywriting and design
  • Providing guidance to SAF areas in support of communications, recruitment, and external relations goals
  • Ensuring that brand standards, messaging and style guides are upheld in all digital communications
  • Creating story content and editing existing content for print and digital platforms

Kelsey is a marketing and communications professional who has a passion for storytelling and cultivating community through social media. Kelsey previously held the role of Content and Digital Specialist at the Institute for Quantum Computing, and prior to that she worked in marketing and communications roles within the wedding and automotive industries.
