BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Any two of the following are authorized to enter into contracts, complete transactions and to issue requests, directions or instructions in connection with:

investments of University of Waterloo funds, subject to prior approval by the Finance & Investment Committee or Board of Governors, or any other committee of the Board of Governors that has been so delegated, if required

investments of University of Waterloo Pension Plan funds, subject to prior approval by the Pension & Benefits Committee or Board of Governors, or any other committee of the Board of Governors that has been so delegated, if required:
