The following are authorized to enter into contracts and to issue requests, directions, requisitions or instructions in connection with the administration of the University Pension Plan and Benefit Plans (other than in relation to investment related contracts and transactions, which are addressed in Signing Procedure 9):
One of:
- The Vice-President, Academic & Provost
- The Vice-President, Administration & Finance
- The Director of Finance
- Controller
- Associate Director, Treasury
And one of:
- The Associate Provost, Human Resources
- Director, HR Total Compensation
- Human Resources Financial Officer
