Biography
Professor and Associate Chair for Graduate Studies in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Served on the ECE Chair Nominating Committee (2020–2021) and the Departmental Advisory Committee on Appointments on four occasions. A senior member of the IEEE and Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology. Research interests include geometric control theory, motion control of robotic systems, and nonlinear control.
