1. I agree to post to the University of Waterloo Stratford School account a minimum of once per day during my takeover, using a variety of posting types (if applicable – timeline/stories).
2. I agree to post at least once, from my personal profile, letting my followers know I will be taking over the @uwstratford social account, and encouraging my personal followers to follow @uwstratford.
3. I agree to the official terms of use of the social media channel used (i.e, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).
4. I will contribute to the existence of a just and supportive community based on equality and respect for individual differences and I will not discriminate, harass, or sexually harass members of the University of Waterloo community using the University of Waterloo Stratford School account, as complies with the University of Waterloo’s Policy 33.
5. I understand that the Stratford School Administration reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, as per University policies, from the University of Waterloo Stratford School account without notice.
6. I understand that as an ambassador of the University of Waterloo and the Stratford School I am expected to exhibit professionalism and collegiality at all times.
7. I understand that any use of profane or obscene language or images, will result in my access to the University of Waterloo Stratford School account being immediately revoked, and my being banned from further use.
8. I understand that sharing images of alcohol or drug consumption will result in my access to the University of Waterloo Stratford School account being immediately revoked, and my being banned from further use.
9. I will not use the University of Waterloo Stratford School account for the purpose of advancing personal, political or religious views.
10. I acknowledge that the Stratford School is not responsible for any data charges incurred to my device during the take over.
11. I will not share, or change, the University of Waterloo Stratford School account password for any reason.
12. I will not make any changes to the University of Waterloo Stratford School account, profile information, settings, or followers lists, except approved url changes for such purposes as directing them to content that further advances the mission of the Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business (eg.“link in bio”).
13. I will not send photos or messages through direct message from the University of Waterloo Stratford School account.
14. I consent to and authorize the use, by the University of Waterloo, and the Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business, of any comments, images, or videos I post to the University of Waterloo Stratford School account during my take over, including images of my likeness, for the purpose of promotion.
