Did you know creative thinking improves during or shortly after walking?

The Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business is excited to launch Walking Routes. This initiative aims to help students explore the downtown, charming neighbourhoods, and green space during their time in Stratford. "We hope to not only show students great spaces to walk in Stratford but to help them boost their creativity and improve their health by making the most of getting outside!" said Katherine Prospero, a key organizer.

Walking has been shown to boost creative thinking, increase productivity, and improve mood. Students who participate in the Walking Routes Kick Off on September 19, will receive a $10 city voucher to spend anywhere in downtown Stratford, sponsored by Stratford Town and Gown.

Three different Walking Routes have been created, ranging from 18-minutes to one hour.
