Whether you are a recreational exerciser or a high performance athlete wanting a fitness appraisal or personal training, an individual being treated for cancer and want to participate in UW WELL-FIT or UW LIVING-FIT, a teen battling excess weight who wants to get active with Teens In Motion, someone who requires supervised cardiac rehabilitation like Hardy Hearts, or a fire fighter candidate needing the Candidate Physical Ability Test, you will benefit from the quality services offered by our certified professionals.

For students interested in gaining valuable hands-on experience in exercise management, we offer volunteer opportunities as well as workshops and education.

Teens In Motion

Teens In Motion (TIM) is an exercise program for clinically overweight teenagers (12-17 yrs of age). The aim of the program is to encourage participants to be more active, give them the confidence and skills to try new activities in their school or community, and educate them on the importance of healthy eating. TIM advocates for long term lifestyle change as opposed to short term weight loss.

Visit the Teens In Motion page for information on start dates, times available, fees and registration.
