Group exercise program

At UW Fitness, we genuinely believe that exercise is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. Our bodies were made to move!

As exercise professionals, we understand how important it is to perform exercise properly and efficiently to get the most benefit in a reasonable time frame, while remaining injury free.

When it comes to exercise, one size does not fit all. Our certified exercise physiologists have experience working with a wide variety of clients and can tailor assessments and training programs to meet their needs and personal goals regardless of fitness level.
