This webform is for new students who have never had a previous WatCard and who will not be on campus this term to request a digitial PDF WatCard.
Incoming students who do not plan to be in Waterloo, do not require a physical WatCard. We do NOT mail cards. If you require access to Library resources, you may apply for the PDF version which contains your Library barcode and will be emailed to you.
Before applying, verify that your preferred name is correct in WatIAM.
The PDF version does not contain your photo and cannot be used to access in person services such as Athletics building, meal plans, UPASS privileges, etc. If you will be in Waterloo during the current academic term apply for a physical card.
