After a proposer selects the Submit for Approval button on a draft proposal in Kuali Curriculum Management, the proposal enters the approvals workflow and its status changes to Under Review.
Once a proposal is Under Review, the proposer has limited actions available to them: the access to edit the proposal is removed and they only have access to add a comment or to withdraw the proposal from workflow
CAUTION: The Withdraw link should only be used in very specific scenarios. Learn more about the actions available after proposal submission, including the proper process to make edits to an Under Review proposal, and when the withdraw feature can and cannot be used.
