Navigating the Agendas database

The Agendas database, found in the left navigation panel, collects and stores all agendas - current and archived - created in Kuali Curriculum Management (CM). Agenda pages are used by faculties, affiliated and federated institutions of Waterloo, and other curriculum stakeholders to submit curriculum reportsĀ  and packages for approval at various levels of approvals.

Search bar

The search bar at the top of the database allows you to search by partial or complete agenda title.

Agenda titles typically include the meeting date, the committee name, and the faculty. To search for agendas from one faculty, type the faculty's name (or abbreviated name) into the search bar.

Status

To further narrow your search, use the Search Options on the right menu to display only Active or Archived status agendas.

Sorting

The results in the Agendas database can be sorted in ascending or descending order. To do so, select any of the three headings (Title, Date, or Time) at the top of the database. The first select on a heading will sort in ascending order, the second select will sort in descending order.

View an agenda

To open and view an agenda, select anywhere in the row for that agenda. Use the links within the agenda to access each proposal.
