Tip of the month: New retired field on courses proposal form

In May 2025, a new field – titled Last Offering of Course – was added to the courses proposal form in Kuali CM. This new field is only visible when Proposal Type = Retire and was added to assist in determining how dependencies (e.g., course requisites) will be modified during post-approval work. 

To complete this field, indicate the term and year the course was last offered, or will be last offered. If an accurate term is not known at the time of completing the proposal form, an approximation will suffice.
