When you add a comment on a proposal in Kuali CM, any user whose name is added in the Select recipient(s) box will receive an email notification for that comment.
Additionally, if you reply on an existing comment thread, all users added previously in that comment thread will receive an email notification for the comment.
To limit the users that will receive an email notification for a comment on a proposal, start a new comment thread by selecting the new comment icon.
