Tip of the week: Comments are not private

Comments in Kuali CM are not private and cannot be deleted; see commenting best practices. 

While proposal drafts are private, any comments made during the draft stage will become viewable once the proposal is shared and/or submitted to workflow, and eventually, approved. All comments are timestamped.
