On December 3, 2024, the Office of the Registrar (RO) reported a Kuali Curriculum Management system error to the vendor, wherein adding a new plan still Under Review to the List of Invalid Combinations field displayed as "undefined" instead of the plan name. As a temporary work around, proposers were instructed to mention the invalid credential creation in other proposal form boxes and once the new plan was approved, the RO would populate the List of Invalid Combinations field for it to display correctly.
As of March 6, 2025, this issue has now been resolved. Proposers creating new programs or plans that must be listed in other proposals simultaneously to modify the List of Invalid Combinations will now be able to populate the field as the process was designed.
