The Biochemical and Biological Engineering & Synthetic Biology (BBSB) meeting aims to bring the research community together to celebrate Canadian progress in biological engineering. This 2-day event will feature presentations of current synthetic biology research in both oral and poster formats from researchers across Canada.

The goal of this event it to promote collaboration and the exchange of ideas between scientists and engineers in Canadian research groups. Students and trainees are invited to attend, present their work, and network with researchers from other Canadian institutions, including the University of Waterloo, the University of Toronto, Western University, and the University of Quebec at Rimouski. Researchers can submit their abstracts on the BBSB website, with submission due April 28th for oral presentations and May 12th for poster presentations.
