PhD student Drew Higgins has been named the recipient of the 2013 Electrochemical Society (ECS) Canadian Section Student Award for his research on nanostructured fuel cell and battery electrode materials, carried out under the supervision of Prof. Zhongwei Chen.

Abstract: The North American Oil & Gas industry is going through a phase of profound change that has significant implications for Canada with respect to the economy, the workforce.
