Sand and Water (Remix)

Mixing grains with a fluid is as old as the beer discovery. Most often then not, the volume ratio between the grains and the liquid is close to 1:1 like in bread dough, concrete, mud… During this talk, we will be interested by particular mixings for which one of the components is in small quantity compared to the other.

The Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) and the Department of Chemical Engineering (ChE) are proud to present a joint seminar by Assoc. Prof. LucyVojtova from the Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC), Brno University of Technology (BUT), Czech Republic.

This seminar will be held on March 2, 2023 at10:00AM via Zoom. Registration required.

The Department of Chemical Engineering welcomes you to a seminar by Dr. Jesse Zhu, who will be speaking about process integration & intensification developing new industrial applications from traditional chemical engineering processes.
