CEE IT Hardware Services

Civil and Environmental Engineering Information Technology (CEE IT) offers a variety of services to aid with workflows. Below is a list of hardware services that CEE IT provides to staff and faculty. Scroll down for more information on each service and the method to request assistance.

General maintenance

For issues with a workstation, contact CEE IT to:

  • Diagnose and correct network, software and/or hardware issues
  • Request hardware or software
  • Network setup and/or configuration changes
  • Initiate user onboarding within IT systems
  • Relocate IT equipment

Please note: charges may occur for systems that are 5 years old and greater. For more information, please review our Cost Recovery policy.

Workstation purchases and upgrades

To purchase new equipment or upgrade an existing machine, please contact CEE IT for:

  • Consultation and obtaining quotes for the best options
  • Purchasing desktops, laptops, servers, or accessories, such as video adapters, mice, cables, etc.
  • Configuration and deployment
