Whenever possible, please fill out forms electronically. If you must fill out forms by hand, please do so in blue or black ink. All forms must be submitted to CEE's Administrative Coordinator, Graduate Studies for processing.
Department Forms
Graduate Student Activity Report (Webform)
- What is this form used for? To summarize the previous term's accomplishments and activities starting in term 2.
- Who should use this form? MASc and PhD students.
- When should it be submitted? By the first day of the new term.
- Whose signatures are required? Student's and supervisor's.
- What is this form used for? To track seminar attendance as part of research-based degree requirements.
- Who should use this form? MASc and PhD students.
- When should it be submitted? After a seminar has been attended.
- What is this form used for? To book the MASc defense.
- Who should use this form? MASc students admitted Spring 2017 and onwards.
- When should it be submitted? Before the beginning of the EGSO display period.
- What is this form used for? To request graduate credit for courses taken outside of the Faculty of Engineering.
- Who should use this form? MEng, MASc, and PhD students who would like to take a course outside of the Faculty of Engineering for graduate credit. Note: this form does not need to be submitted for courses that are being audited or taken as extra to degree.
- When should it be submitted?Prior to course enrolment.
- Whose signatures are required? Student's and supervisor for MASc and PhD students, student's only for MEng students.
