Join alum Guanru Feng as she shares her career journey and talks about current research.
Guanru Feng is an Applied Scientist at SpinQ Technology, a quantum computing hardware and software company, where she focuses on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) desktop quantum computing platforms and superconducting qubit systems.
Prior to joining SpinQ in 2019, Feng was a quantum device research technician studying quantum control in NMR and nitrogen vacancy (NV) systems at the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC), University of Waterloo. Her postdoctoral research at IQC concentrated on quantum control and benchmarking in electron spin resonance (ESR) quantum computing systems. Feng holds a PhD in Physics from Tsinghua University.
The IQC Alum Lecture Series welcomes past students to share what they’ve been up to, highlighting career paths and quantum research.
