Dr. Steven Girvin, a theoretical physicist at Yale University visited the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) in November 2012. He discussed the world of quantum computing and how new discoveries are happening that aren’t quantum computers and how the field is impacting other areas of physics beyond computing.
