Where is the conference taking place?
All conference talks, panels, and breaks will take place in room 0101 or the Atrium of the Mike and Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre (QNC) at the University of Waterloo.
Our Networking Mixer will take place at Lokal Cocktail Lounge in The Walper Hotel, following the first day's conference programming.
What are my transportation options for attending this conference?
ION Light Rail Transit (LRT) passes will be available to conference attendees at the registration desk at the conference. We are located at the "University of Waterloo" LRT stop, and connect with many Grand River Transit bus routes from "UW Station".

Parking for our evening networking mixer is available nearby in any Downtown Kitchener parking lot.
We recommend the Charles & Benton parking garage ($3.30 for the first 2 hours, then + $1.75 for each extra half hour), or Ontario St. South parking (free after 5pm) as nearby options.
Will luggage storage be available during the conference?
Secure luggage storage is available at QNC for any belongings you have brought with you.
A coat check will be available both at QNC and at the evening Networking Mixer at Lokal Cocktail Lounge.
Can I connect to WIFI at UWaterloo?
Guest WIFI is available at the university while you are attending the conference. To connect, you will need to self-register for a temporary account.

- Create a guest account
- Enter the information presented on the screen, then click “Register”
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click “Sign On”

Anyone with a passion for quantum is welcome to attend this conference! Conference attendees will include VIP industry partners, venture capitalists, government officials, quantum experts and students.
