New collection open : Architectural Conservancy of Ontario

The papers of the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario : North Waterloo Region Branch are now open and available for research in Special Collections & Archives! These papers, spanning over 40 years and 2 linear metres of material, include the official records of the organization as well as subject and clipping files collected by dedicated volunteers on the architectural and environmental heritage of Waterloo Region and surrounding area.

Special Collections & Archives is pleased to offer limited in-person appointments for current Waterloo students, faculty, and post-doctoral fellows.

Although we remain closed to the public, staff have limited access to the archival and rare book collections. Please continue to contact us with your research requests but note that there will be a delay in resolving your inquiry.

We also invite you to visit the Waterloo Digital Library to view select items from our collections online.
