Update as of March 17, 2020

COVID-19 continues to change rapidly across the world and we want to take steps to limit the spread and risks of the disease in our community. With this goal in mind, the University of Waterloo has suspended all in-person course-related activities and is asking all UW employees, faculty and students to work from home.

CMHRT Community Education Talk

A few of our Clinical graduate students will be giving a community education talk at the Forest Heights Community Library at 251 Fischer-Hallman Road, Kitchener. The talk will take place in their meeting room on Monday, April 20, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Their talk is titled Fill Your Mind: Understanding the Science and Practice of Mindfulness .

Child and Adolescent Assessment Wait List Re-Opening

Referrals for Comprehensive Psychological/Psychoeducational Assessments

We are re-opening our waitlist as of Monday May 4 2020 at 9:00 am to accept a limited number of referrals for Child & Adolescent comprehensive psychological (psychoeducational) assessments. The wait list will be closed again as of the end of July 2020. New UW Student Fees

Changes to CMHRT Billing as of September 2020

As of September 2020, fees for services will be charged directly to all CMHRT clients, including clients who are also students at the University of Waterloo. Client fees are charged on a sliding scale. Clients may be able to access insurance benefits (including UW student insurance through SunLife) for reimbursement. For more information about our fees for service, please click here.
